I did this on a £1.50 budget for a youtube competition.
I used;
A kids face paint kit
The horrible brush that came with it
Flour (any type will do)
Salt
Water
Red food colouring
Cotton wool
and...my last scraps of dignity! lol

thats fine and dandy to use like a playdo but, maybe you should put Liquid Latex over it so it forms a mold then peel it off..then you got something thiner..

Yeah that's a good idea, this was for a £1.50 budget though so latex was no good for this attempt.

everyone puts up makeup nice, you need to be messy, you dont see him with full powder on his face you barely see any on his forehead and you put a red smile on your face?nice with a budget though

His make up is perfect at the start of the film. It gets more mesy and worn off as time goes on.
