I went on Wiki to compare "Certification of Live Birth" to "Certificate of Live Birth" and I found out they Wikipedia removed the information on both definitions that ***used to be there.*** It's hard to find the real difference. Then I got a virus on another cite just trying to compare and contrast the definition. People who can't see that there is a serious problem are NUTS uninformed or they have an financial or power interest. Period.
