A vehicle is only going to respond as well as the inputs it recieves...No factor has a stronger bearing on lap times than technique. The only advantage of a "better/more expensive" car is the limit of the car will be higher....but that will do you little good if you have poor technique. Not that the video poster has poor technique, just elaborating.
