Meet 49-year-old Mary Strey of Granton, Wisconsin. On Saturday night, Mary was driving home after a night of Halloween bar-hopping, when she called 911 to report a drunk driver on the road.

Maybe so, but still call a Taxi for the woman without charging her for the crime. Hell she even knew she was reporting herself as being too drunk and doing the right thing by pulling over.
