Hello, this is hard to explain in a few words, but I will try: Saturn will move from Virgo into Libra at the end of October 2009. This will affect your Libra strongly. Pluto is already in Capricorn, which is square to Libra, and it too will affect your Libra energies. Finally, Uranus goes into Aries in the middle of next year, also affecting your Libra!
