A tribute to my favorite classic film gangsters. Clips from films starring: Edward G. Robinson, James Cagney, Humphrey Bogart, Paul Muni, George Raft and George E Stone, put to a Danny Elfman theme. Please excuse the poor quality, was having technical difficulties.

  • Just thought I'd let you know I've been coming back to this video on and off since at least 2010. It's just brilliant.

  • @DThinkinHumanBean Thanks, I appreciate it and I'm glad you like it

  • Not sure which I like best-- cagney was the perfect gangster hero, tough-talking with a chip on his shoulder-- Robinson had that moxie and way of talking and actually looks like Capone-- but Bogey had that full-blown class, like a gangster should.

  • Outstanding compliation.

  • Hmmm, what exactly is there to admire in so-called 'gangsters'? Tough-talking, hard-as-nails, no-nonsense types?? Isn't this what those Hollywood moguls were trying to convince us all about so as to sell their 'products'.....ie films, tv series ( The Untouchables, etc..)....surely there are better so-called role models to look up to?!!!

  • @andySML a few movies I noticed are featured in this montage are "little caesar", "roaring twenties" "angels with dirty faces" "scarface" "public enemy"

  • that was sicckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • needs more rocco

  • good fo shooting up the cops see you wa i meen

  • @KingofStarfox , I do absolutely agree with your opinion. Just be aware, that the right spelling of Bogart's nickname was "BOGIE".
