  • @Joobs0917 4-10 weeks, Everyone is different you need an OK from you're doctor before you start

  • 6 weeks or longer depending on you. Dr made me wait till 8 weeks after c-section

  • iv had 3 kids n i got 1stretch mark on my tum, im in shape 2. Women pls dont b jealous, im not as lucky as you think. During all my pregnancies i suffered frm 'piles/tags' im due an op 2 remove them but they'll come back :( its so easy 2 talk to ppl about tummy probs after birth but my prob (which is really comman) its hard to talk about..ppl say im lucky, my point is EVERY WOMAN has after birth problems.its worth it, u just gotta love ur new body. exercise helps but it wont take the marks away
