I bought this cd back in the day and I still have and listen to it today. These dudes had skillz. If EPMD were co-signing them, then that says it all.
-
where have they vanished?
-
@karatekarsten it wasn't in stores, that's what unreleased means
-
they must come back with another album!

i want need this album can anybody send it to me??

Eric didn't produce these cats;Solid Scheme, the production team behind Das' 'Dead Serious' album did this.
I don't care what anyone says,at a time when white kids struggled to get respect these cats were crazy raw;not one wack joint on their entire Lp.

@karatekarsten It was unreleased. They had some contractual problems with their record company, & it was NEVER put out..If you have an original copy, then that was a promotional copy for the press to review. These did make it in the hands of some...

Beat on here is sick, but them kids are corny. The album wasnt released because of bad reviews and in my opinion, record company people weren't comfortable with white boys using the n word. Plus, beat is tight, but you all have to admit, this wasnt very groundbreaking.

In comparision to a great many hip hop artists I would disagree that they had no talent. Most people consider them to not be groundbreaking but this album as an unreleased classic.
When has the question of whether an album was groundbreaking been a question whether it would be released? It wasn't released because of the breakup of the Hitsquad, EPMD, and also whether they would be accepted as caucasians.

They would be posers if they didn't understand the culture. It's obvious from the shoutouts on PMD's solo joints, EPMD records, ect that they were a part of the hip hop culture. How many of us are on EPMD records or a part of hitsquad?
They are labeled posers for one reason only and I doubt I actually have to say it. Bigotry in a different suit.

What exactly would make them posers?
