i need to make a hard reset to my htc hd 2 because of malfunction but i havent done back up at all.if i put out the microsd card where the most programms intalled and make a hard reset,,, the programms will be able to play after i put the card in?

@GRKRONOS  If you have apps on your SD card and do a hard reset your apps should still be accessible and working. The only this you will loose is anything that has be downloaded to your device internal memory

@jalajchaturvedi1 If you choose to Hard rest your device and it's lock if will no longer be lock after the Reset I hope that's what your asking

value added i installed arabic language mistakenly as i thought it is going to be easy to turn it back to english well i restart my device to see what happens and it and it turned everything into arabic i checked my setting and turned system language to english now my half phone is showing english and half phone is still on arabic i tried everything but its not going away

so how can i make it on english again as i tried everything

How do I back up up my phone. even the the one note memo pad where I have kept an number on important notes ie passwords I need to recover onto my PC if the screen on the phone has become non responsive. I have been told I need to back up everything to install a software upgrade.
