  • nice video...

  • thx

  • I'm an aircraft enthusiast, and i gotta sy, nice video. The EMB 120 is a beautiful plane. You know, you could have just driven to Santa Ana in less time than it would take the fly. Its like less than 40 miles away

  • aircraft enthusiast telling me to drive? lol i would fly to the mailbox to get the mail if i could.

  • Welcome to Los Angeles. Our freeways are like parking lots. Better to fly i think?

  • @wizzair1313 me too :) I got ma license!!

  • @AWARDMENOW lol yah and i could drive to NY from LA BUT I AINT THATS WHAT PLANES ARE FOR!!

  • @landman1973 The TO and Landing speeds are calculated for each operation based on A/C weight and conditions. Max fuel load is 874 gallons. The EMB 120 is pretty easy on gas, I've seen burns of just under 1000 lbs./hr at FL270. Only had full tanks once in 5400 hours of flying the E-120. The A/C has a max. legal weight, you can carry it in pax/cargo or fuel. Generally you plan trip fuel + reserves+some feel good fuel and the rest is pax &bags. If that takes everything, you win.

  • The only instance where you can say "I went from Los Angeles to Santa Ana, and the ocean scenery was amazing"

  • @AWARDMENOW +traffic=about 2 hours!

  • I've flown on several of these palnes, but can someone answer the following questions for me? What's the take off speed (I presuming 120mph) and how many gallons of jet fuel does it carry (I assume 2,000 gallons) - Thanks! btw - nice video and sound.

  • @AWARDMENOW I was wondering why they would have LAX-SNA flights but then I realized well maybe its a random excuse for us aviation enthusiasts to get on a plane :)

  • Believe it or not, I did several Mileage Runs (LAX-MRY) for as little as $35 each way...and I did reach Premier earlier this Summer as a result. Always search around for the low price and snap on it. JG

  • ..albeit extremely expensive methinks.

  • Saab 340 are better in my opinion (I also like the EMB-120)
