Part of a "Video in the Classroom" workshop held on 1st December 2009 in Singapore
... facilitator Chris Smith (Shamblesguru)
In this session David Gran joined us from Shanghai ... he used Skype to answer questions about his work with students related to the use of video in the classroom.
David was online for 30 mins but we could have been going for longer ! .... the Q&A session took place over Skype .... and Etherpad was used to present real time questions from the group to David.
This session fulfilled two purposes ...
1. (content) primarily to be able to benefit from David's experiences, knowledge and wisdom on the topic.
2. (process) to model the use of ICT (Skype and Etherpad) for comunicating outside of the classroom.
This video is not meant as a recording of the session but just as a mini snapshot of the event.

Note from Shamblesguru
What a brilliant group to work with .. I really enjoyed the time we spent together in the workshop!
... and I now owe David several beers next time we cross paths in the real world ;-)
Wow, this guy really knows what he's talking about! :)
