i'm talking about the 2-0 by Bebeto smartass! Romario clearly dummies from an offside position allowing Bebeto to pick up the ball. He was about 3 yards offside

yes he does participate, because he ultimately attracts a dutch defended to him, which leaves more space to bebeto, should have been called offside
