Throwing some heavy weight overhead and then for the hell of it, dropping in some lighter weights to push the limits a few inches more.

Starting with 130 lb dumbbell military presses, then 80 lb awkward globe dumbbells and finally the 60 lb dumbbell.

Gotta love ripping weights off the ground and throwing them overhead!

  • that does nothing but put all the weight and stress on the bones and joints so by the time he/she's 55 he/she's wont be able to even play with him self, there's a reason why scientist's say its dangerous
