Resharpening a drill bit angle, to make drilling out spot welds easer
and leave material on the inner panels . that you can weld too.
this will also help hide the fact, a panel has been replaced
when you look from behind or underneath.

  • Great work. I do enjoy your vids. Very imformative.

  • Cheeeeers Bro !!

  • zero angle is flat though. I am confused.

  • you can re-sharpen a drill right up to a zero angle but you still to put a back cut on the drill land as you can see I choose a 10-5 degree angle.

  • 8 mm 0.315" great vid and good advice about the double ended bit. thanks

  • Exactly the help I was after, thank you!

  • I like the idea of re-sharpening a standard drill bit to nearly zero angle, much cheaper than super fragile spotweld drill bits and spotweld saw bits. Good form.

  • A friend with weed is better

  • Wow i get it but how do i do a back cut
