I like the idea of re-sharpening a standard drill bit to nearly zero angle, much cheaper than super fragile spotweld drill bits and spotweld saw bits. Good form.

zero angle is flat though. I am confused.

you can re-sharpen a drill right up to a zero angle but you still to put a back cut on the drill land as you can see I choose a 10-5 degree angle.
