I think what people mean by sped up is that it goes out of time at points - you can see that @pdums slows down to meet up with the beat. It's not a bad attempt at a tricky song, but try moon gels or e-rings rather than bits of paper for dampening (if that's why it's there) gives the drums a less "flappy" sound and drums mics would help for recording - your camera's mic really doesn't like the levels it's being exposed to, hence the boom on the bass notes. Like I said though not a bad job
