1) Why do you hate Partners? Just beacuse we have more features/access than you? Don't be jealous.
2) You think everyone should have this feature? It'd just be abused.
3) Why let these channels go to waste, when hard-working video creators will put them to good use?
4) Channels without videos, and no log-in for over a year are eligible. If you don't want to lose your '05 account... upload a single video, and it's yours forever.
