The CPU campus of the future will have big drainage and sewer pipes network that would convey water so quick that runoff water will not stay in campus. In case, flood is inevitable, hydrants all over the campus will provide water for cleanup. By that time, CPU will have her own firetruck. A quick reaction team will be in place too, to conduct retrieval and recovery operations in case of calamity situation.

I think they should improve the quality of education/instruction in their school instead of flaunting "the future". What is a beautiful and state-of-the art campus if the graduates are not well-equipped to fulfill their respective professions/vocations?

No need to pass on the burden to the students/parents. What is unique about CPU is its ingenuity to tap its biggest resource-the alumni. To a Centralian like me, there is something deeper about Central than just being a school. It was the biggest blessing in my life because it provided me the opportunity to work and study at the same time. Therefore, it is a nice feeling to have done something in return for the great Central!
