If you can't see that Naz had serious skills then you are clearly blind. Yes he lost his drive much too early, but while he was around he was amazing to watch. There is no shame in losing to M Barrera. Pac lost to Morales, does that mean he's shit? No, of course it doesn't. Barrera didn't destroy Naz. He beat him well but Naz took it for 12 rounds. Remember, Barrera was a fu!!!!g monster back then. Naz could have come back but wasn't up for it. His loss. He was world class though, no doubt.
@agt155 "Haye had Mormeck(p4p". Mormeck was no where near p4p ranked. I'm not disputing Calzaghe was better than Naz. But when you put Haye and Froch above Naz you are clearly a hater. Naz ruled the featherweight division whilst it wasn't a division brimming with superstars there were a lot of solid fighters, ranked contenders and world champions who Naz beat. He cleaned out the division by beating every belt holder. He was a champion for 6 years. You are a stubborn.
@thechosen2010 No YOU are saying that. The only thing hillarious is your lack of comprehension. Mormeck was around the top 10 after his victory over Bell. But of course you wouldn't know that.
The point is that Calzaghe won his big fight(s) brilliantly, where as Hamed lost his embarrassingly.
It would be a better comparison comparing Lacy to Hamed. Both unbeaten hype machines who got smashed to pieces by the first quality opponent they came up against, and neither recovered from it.
If only kotelnik let his hands go against alexander, he would of won the fight and in clear fashion
