very great Tutorial. i have been very interested in this style for a while now and im hoping to get more than 495. but i wanted to be sure that i am doing it right before attempting it. thanks fellas.

I just switched to sumo because after talking to a couple people It seems like a better option. sumo squats are going great but my for sumo deads I seem to always put my weight onto the balls of my feet instead of my heels.

@sjjdiienno1 Cool!!! Just make sure you have your toes turned out, the knees pushed outward to follow the path of the toes. Sit back, with shoulders back and push chest through! Drive your feet through the floor, and hips forward! You should feel like you are gonna fall over backwards at the top!!!!
