Smartphone Privacy Issues

So many people are making a huge deal over nothing. Many people are worrying about the fact that phone companies are able to track where they are and where they have been. People seem very surprised that they can do this which I am completely baffled about. Please, I am very interested to know what your views on this is. If you want to know why it is a big deal, message me and i will explain as it's a bit of a story, but in the case of Android in my opinion, location can be a big problem as it is in tandem with your social networks web habits, email who you call, your private phone conversations, and your online banking.

If Malware infects your phone, that information can easily be obtained by an organisation of spammers who do not respect law.
