lol, I bought this game for my little sister and I ended up playing it =P

It looks like it might be the School Uniform, but it has tail. And I haven't heard those noises from the Cat Ears before. You have to beat the game on multiple difficulty levels to get more outfits, and I've only beaten it twice so far.
