  • To say the least, her singing is significantly better than your spelling.

  • The housewife has a very good voice.

  • @Ryuzaki40

That's what I'm doing for our version of this.

  • That ending...so unexpected...gah. Thank you for posting this. I kind of wish there were a full staged/concert version on here with an orchestra and whatnot, but there was a lot of talent in this production.

  • I have a question: When the actor the Proprieter is singing here (as well as in How I saved Roosavelt, and I feel kinda stupid for asking this), is he supposed to be himself, or another character? I thought it would be interesting if you have the Balladeer and Proprieter on two different sides, one encouraging the killers, and the other expressing dissaprooval, and for the Balladeer to become Oswald, the killer, while the Proprieter becomes a citizen who cares. Is that it, or am I crazy?

  • Im in the emsamble for this show and Something just Broke gave me some tears i must say! :')

  • Chilling ending. Great show!

  • I read an article where it says when Charles Gilbert, Jr.(This was based on his idea) directed a production which ended with the proprietor holding out a gun to the audience, saying "who's next?" His version had Artie Bremer and John Schirk with different songs. His version haunts me to this day!

  • I got chills too. Amazing thing to do that on a You Tube video. I can only imagine what I would have felt in the theatre. Great job.

  • omg LOVE the ending

  • I like the ending, but I'm curious, one of the versions I saw had the assassins aim their guns at the crowd and fire to end the song, what prompted the change?

  • I love the ending!
