its one thing to change somethings when you're in some kind of shape BUT when you're totally out of shape a little change wont help enough and thats when you need help of some kind with diet and exercise. the other aspect is the MENTAL side of knowing you're on something thats going to help!

That is a problem. I go to a great doctor at the Fibro and Fatigue Center in Philly but the expense is tough...they are out of network.. getting extensive blood tests should be for a lot more patients. Doctors routinely miss blood tests that are positive.

I have had CMV virus, thyroid problems, low cortisol problems, and a bacterial infection called mycoplasma pneumonia. I just found out I also have low testosterone, which has been obviousl to me for close to 10 years. I mean, I can't even think about sex with my wife...as I have IBS, brain fog, fatigue, muscle and nerve pain. I am about to start testoterone medication. The CMV virus in college caused all this..

you will want to test your urines pH. must be between 6.4-7.0, I bet 95% that you pH is way too acidic. this is easy to fix. you'd better look into it. google alkaline diet

Hey ace8842 -- I am 20 years old, I have had glandular fever and ross river virus and cmv -- is there any medical evidence to suggest that such viruses can lead to testosterone deficiencies? Its just that I have a friend who had similar conditions to me who was found to have very low testosterone levels, and I now find myself with diminished sex drive, brain fog, fatigue, muscle and nerve pain, and bad mood swings. It sounds as if I could be very low also??
