Ain't No Nigger Child!

This is a Negro Spiritual that I composed last year. This is a live performance done at a local television station called, Television Jamaica (TVJ) in February of this year. The clarinettist is actually really good, but the odds were against her that day. She lives pretty far away from the studio, and we had to get there pretty early in the morning. On her way she got stuck in traffic, and I was actually wondering how we would pull it off without her (of course we would have if we had to)! When she finally got to the studio, it was literally seconds before we had to begin the performance. The studio was really cold, and she had had no time to warm-up. Although this performance is not a perfect representation of what the piece should sound like, overall it was decent. *By the way Cherl, if you see this, please don't kill me!
