  • @mrfwest For your information everybody called British North American "Canada" in 1812 but not to refer to it as a nation. There were two provinces where the main of the war in British North America took place - one was Upper Canada and the other was Lower Canada. These provinces were established in 1791 and last until 1841 when they were combined into one Province of Canada. The United Province of Canada lasted until 1867 when the Dominion of Canada was formed and from that modern Canada grew.

  • @mrfwest The British Empire was NOT owned by England. The Scots offered England a union & became full partners of the UK in 1707, their parliament was joined to the English one & they were given their fair say in the hall of power. They became full partners & supporters of the British Empire. The Irish approached England for union & got it in 1800 & became minor partners in the British Empire but still proud supportive members of it. This changed post-1900. Have you been reading Stephen Grasse?

  • @trouzerpants I try to be tactful but it is best to clear up any misconceptions they may have about the real world before they grow up believing myths & humiliate them selves by repeating them when they are older in front of better educated people.

If more Americans realized & promoted the importance of actual history over feel good myths then perhaps the US wouldn't have such a bad rep for being ignorant & poorly informed.

Frankly the 13 year olds come across as more intelligent.

  • @Eddythebeast666

Heh Eddy, I see you even give time to 13 yr old kids who still wet the bed!

    LOL

  • @kungfume2 The longest range recorded for a sniper kill currently stands at 2,475 m (2,707 yd) and was achieved by CoH Craig Harrison, a sniper from the Household Cavalry of the British Army.

    Previous holder was a Canadian.

Rob Furlong (born 1976), is a former corporal of the Canadian Forces, who held the record for the longest confirmed sniper kill in combat, at 2,430 metres (2,657 yd, 12.08 furlongs, or 1.51 miles)

Before him was another Canadian Arron Perry.

  • @kungfume2 British generals died because they led from the front.

US generals did not. You might have been able to save Washington if your leaders hadn't been chicken shit hiding in the 3rd line.

At McHenry the US cowered in your fort as we bombed you. You didn't sally forth & drive us off. By blockading the harbor you shut down the home port of your Privateer fleet. Thus eliminating one of the most effective weapons you had in the war.

New Orleans happened after the war was over

  • USA is home to the best sharp shooters.

  • Correction.

The british got their ass handed to them at mchenry new orleans and had a lot of generals killed

  • @kungfume2 5:07 - Thats US English for "Pissed his pants and ran away." The man left his wife behind for God's sake.

  • @kungfume2 We weren't. American's were encouraging desertion from the Royal Navy and while we were fighting Napoleon we could not afford to let this slip. Therefore we boarded American vessels to get them back. All the grievances the U.S listed as causes for war were all caused by American actions.

It's a bit much to be calling us weak isn't it? Especially on a video dramatizing a war in which the U.S got its ass kicked.

  • The british were weak. Why would they levy us. For see faring men? If they were so strong

  • The Americans ran away so fast that the red coats got heat stroke trying to keep up with them LMAO!!
