Alonissos - Kyra Panagia: a boat trip with Cptn Pakis 1

There are many boat operating excursions into the Marine Park from Patitiri, Alonissos. We went with captain Pakis on his boat the Gorgona and were not disappointed. The excursion lasted the whole day and consisted of numerous swimming stops, a visit to the monastery on Kyra Panagia islet, lunch on board, the possibility of seeing dolphins and the rare Eleanora Falcon (we were lucky!) and best of all, Captain Pakis colourful tales of the islands and the sea. Here you see us anchored at a bay off Kyra Panagia enjoying a swim before lunch.
