Hola amigo, Yo tenia un Yamaha TRB y ahora tengo un Ken Smith y NO hay punto de comparacion el Ken smith esta a años luz del TRB. Si no escuchas mucha diferencia en el sonido entre ambos bajos compra cuerdas nuevas por que tus cuerdas del ken smith estan opacas como no tienes idea. Saludos

@IrateGroove DE ACUERDO CONTIGO BROTHER, EL COLOR, BRILLANTES , POTENCIA Y CALIDEZ DE UN SONIDO DE BASS VA A VARIAR POR CAUSA D MUCHOS FACTORES ...LAS CUERDAS, EL AMPLIFICADOR, TIPOS D PASTILLAS, EL CABLE, LA ECUALIZACION, Y POR SUPUESTO EL EJECUTANTE, EL KEN ES UN BAJO DE MUCHO PRESTIGIO EL YAMAHA D MUCHA PROPAGANDA PERO X EJEMPLO CON UN MUSIC MAN PUEDO LOGRAR GRAN SIMILITUD ENEL SONIDO A ESTOS DOS MONSTRUOS, ASI Q LA PREFERENCIA X ESTOS ES DIRECTAMENTE PROPORCIONAL AL GUSTO D CADA JUGADOR!!!

@manuel118215 HERMANO GRACIAS POR TOMARTE EL TIEMPO Y SUBIR ESTOS VIDEOS, TE SUGIERO LA PROXIMA COMPARACION O VIDEO DE ESTE TIPO QUE SUBAS LO HAGAS CON EL SONIDO DIRECTO A LA PC O MAC QUE TENGAS PUES NO SE APRECIA MUY BIEN EL SONIDO DE CADA BASS. UN ABRAZO!!

The Smith has a nicer slap tone but the Yamaha sounds allot ballsier as a whole bass.

just a tip on the trbjp, you can cut that hiss/buzz by shielding all of the cavities. i have had one for about 11 years now, no hiss. at one time i really wanted a smith, but after just about every other bass player in my region has tried and/or succeeded at getting a smith, i value individuality. not to mention no one has ever seen a trbjp looking like mine. i can't tell you the difference though. its one of a kind. you'll have to wait and see it for yourself.
