1968: TRUDEAU SAYS HE'S READY TO WRITE A "NEW" CONSTITUTION

At about the 3-minute mark in this 4-minute clip, Pierre Elliott Trudeau declares he is prepared to WRITE A "NEW" CONSTITUTION. No elected or appointed officer under the Constitution of Canada had or has any power to replace it with another constitution. This would be a COUP D'ETAT. Trudeau goes on to say that for the past SIX years, the country has been talking about a NEW constitution. He's almost right. It's more like the past FOUR years. And it was Queen Elizabeth IInd, herself, in the Quebec Legislature on 10 October 1964, who CALLED for a new one. Which she had no power to do, being an Officer of the LAWFUL Constitution of 1867 and having NO POWER OVER IT, either to dispose of it, or write a NEW one. Canada ceased being a colony of UK in 1931, by virtue of the Statute of Westminster, 1931, which legally emancipated Canada as an independent nation. Elizabeth IInd, in both her capacity as QUEEN OF CANADA and QUEEN of the UK, had and has NO constitutional power to REPLACE Canada, to replace Confederation, with a new constitution or any other system. That would be a COUP D'ETAT. And it is a coup d'etat, that's what they are all pulling off now, with the attempt to dismantle Canada by phony secession for North American Union. TRUDEAU had no power to write a NEW CONSTITUTION, and HARPER has no power to BUILD A NEW FEDERATION, but he's doing it now, with Obama, while Elizabeth IInd watches them DO IT. When you are an officer elected or appointed UNDER the Constitution, and you have the gall to write yourself a new one and throw the old one out, that's a COUP. That's YOU usurping ALL the powers, while detaining control of the country under the guise of office. That is criminal perjury of the OATH of ALLEGIANCE which is a promise NOT to usurp the powers entrusted to you temporarily on the basis of election or appointment, under a Constitution that LIMITS the powers you have, while you have them.

HOW did we get from a world-acknowledged COUP in 1965 to Trudeau having the brass in 1968 to declare that he was ready to WRITE A NEW CONSTITUTION? And this is the same legal system, it's the English one from which Canada derives its law. ALL is based on EII in 1964 UNLAWFULLY calling for a NEW one, in a context, which on proper analysis, shows that what she wanted was the EEC-EU system.
