if i dont drink water during the meal is it best to drink it before or after? Because a person needs water... you hear it all the time to drink more...?

Is she a fitness trainer or a diet specialist, because she knows a little too much about health and diet for a normal person. I just want to know if what she's saying is credible and reliable!

THANK. YOU!
this is an in-depth speech i've been craving to hear for the last few weeks. I'm suddenly relieved of the burden of questioning my own body. Thanks so much for taking us all back to our roots :) ..and bellies.

Hi Erin,
Just saw your video in Youtube and immediately finding it a shame that you don't live in The Netherlands :-) Because your tips and exercises are great. Would love to be your client! Too bad..., I like Holland a bit too much to emigrate ;-) (kidding). I am gonna try out your 'bloating' tips an exercises and hopefully I will finaly lose some weight, but more important, feel better in my body. Thanks and keep making video's.
Regards, Femke

Niiice!! Very informative. Thanks!
Hey Erin-
I've been wondering if even Real Salt might be bloating me...I am working on getting my HCl levels up as well, and chewing my food better...
But do you think my sea salt could be bloating me too?!

i wouldn't think it would be the sea salt. try the elimination diet.. take it out for 2 weeks at least and see how you feel, what about gluten? have you taken gluten out? i'd try that if you haven't. i've been bloat free since removing gluten. also, no water during your meal, it's too diluting of stomach acids and enzymes.

Brilliant of course. I take Thorne Bio-Gest to help me digest while I heal my digestive tract. I switched to Celtic Sea Salt months ago. I am a huge fan of Garden of Life's Primal Defense. I sprinkle it on everything! You rock! I put this on my blog today (TheSkinnyOnline) so folks can learn from you wonderful Erin!!!!

also, i am very sensitive to milk products but i can have them if there are bacterial cultures added in - should i just be eliminating them completely and taking the digestive enzymes instead?
thanks for the great info erin!

i'd drink raw milk if you can. if not yep, take a digestive enzyme and see if that helps. you need lactase to digest milk. you can also try the elimination diet and see if you feel better just not drinking milk at all. take it out for two weeks, see how you feel then eat it for a couple days and see how you feel. good luck!
