yes the orange rider was dumb to stop there.... but the second rider should've avoided it easily... and that's our responsibility to avoid the accident if possible which this was. when the people are there and you see the bike in front slow to a stop why wouldn't you also slow down? what if a spectator had walked out to the orange bike? the second rider is more to blame than the first. lets face it. 2 dumb riders, just one dumber than the other.

Happened in croatia-osijek. The guy in the middle of the road lost the street race and should't have been on the road, because only the winner was allowed to do a extra lap..so he didn't expect him to be there at all.. so.. highly stupid
