i have the same prob , and when i try to delete it the computer gets worse and starts lagging D:
i scaned it for viruses but it got none .
if anyone knows what to do please post a comment :s

or try this
go to task manager
shut down explorer.exe process
then go to new task and from there remove your file
then in new task type explorer.exe

try fileassassin from malwarebytes i used it for an infected virus file and worked like a charm!
