Raul Tejada's Companion unmarked quest. If you want Raul to be even better, you need to have met these 3 gents.

Loyal = Nellis Airforce Base
Corporal Sterling = Camp McCarran/Forlorn Hope
Ranger Andy = Novac
This will get you the Vaquero outfit with 33% attack speed increase with Revolvers & Lever Actions or the Armored Petro-Chico jump suit with 75% weapon degradation reduction while Raul is your companion.

Hi, i got a question, when you give raul a new gun with your ammo does he use it forever and not run out of ammo?

@CommandoDude11 He will use that gun until he runs out of ammo, then switch to his default that has unlimited ammo.

I was told I have to have Raul before I talk to ranger Andy for the diolouge part is that true or does it not matter either way also does it matter where the old ranger with the unique rifle is either at camp McCarran or camp forlorn hope please let me know

@iLL707 For me, it was that the dialogue after talking to Ranger Andy wouldn't trigger, so it was impossible to complete the quest. That kinda sucked. I don't like how you can have only one human companion at once, cause they always act real bummed when you tell them that it's time to part ways. Of course, if you had Boone, Cass, Raul and Lily in your party all out once, you'd ready to conquer the whole fuckin' country all over again. Fuck Hoover Dam.
