So Close: A Drow Love Tribute

Alright, since I've seen all these drow tributes featuring this couple I decided to make a tribute to them. The artwork is by Cyzra, Zardra, Gold Seven, MichealLlywer, DrowElfMorwen and TionneDawnstar on DeviantArt... all pictures were either commissioned by me, or drawn for me and DEM of our characters. The male is Morwen's, Honglath Freth, and the female is Tionne Noquana. These two started rping nearly three years ago on LavenderEyes, and that is also where I met most of the people that do artwork for me! Enjoy the beautiful artwork!

nice pics, but I thought that drow didn't fall in love like humans do (they mate in order to have children and have pleasure but beyond that nothing...and i believe the males are treated more like slaves than as loving partners, right?)

Drow can feel love, and these two are unique cases within the drow society. If you read more of the drow books, there are instances with Eilistraeens, they are like normal elves, and that is what Honglath and Tionne are... so it makes sense.

Drow do fell love. it just they view it a weakness and will usally try to kill the love i mean look at drizzt do'urden and his love for his friend he travels with

@Skeithl33t That's not entirely true, in some lore, it is said that drow might sometimes love one another, but it is frowned on, and in some cases, considered heracy. So again, ssinssrigg is not impossible for drow, though they do find it hard to trust another as completely as would be necessary.

drow cannot love the accursed outcasts of elven society but the spiders eh drizzt was exiled and disgusted with drow society and left Menzoberranzan Jarlaxle left and was gone with Entreri to the surface
