Ya know ,I dont eat any junk at all!
I eat all organic fruits, and veggies, holistic green foods..
95% of my meat is wild caught salmon..I eat for the fish oil/omegga 3 fatty acids...
I love the way the israelites eat and live in dimona, and thats why I want to go and live there..
I also plant my veggies/gardening..
Like this great man ben ammi stated, you have to think of your body as a car,that needs constant tuning/good oils..
In america, most think that means burgers.

You can get plenty of protein from legumes (beans), and dark green leafy vegetables such as kale collard and mustard greens. In fact almost all plant life has enough protein. Also adding fenugreek, seasame seeds and drinking almond milk are all excellent sources of protein.
