stunning on the album and here too (to me the album ending is that good that it's kinda on par with best sigur rós songs)

What I loveis the percussionist playing a xylophone with 2 violin bows..... I have never, once subscribed to the idea of musical genius until Sigur Ros / Jonsi came to be. They do no wrong.... even Lennon and McCartney had plenty of poor music.

A prayer. A reconciliation. Forgiveness. Acceptance. Love. Grief of loss. Hope.

Saw Jonsi in London. During Kolnidur, when the deer being chased by the wolf leaps into the air and becomes a bird, everyone in the theater was openly weeping. When the song ended, and the lights came up, I was panting as if I'd been running, my heart pounding, my face wet with tears. When I looked around me, everyone, male and female, was in the same state. It was one of those musical moments that approaches religion.

3:30 is simply perfect. Crystal clear, and moving beyond belief. Living proof that an anyone, even an openly gay, half-blind man with messed up teeth from a foreign country can still have the voice of god speaking through him. Amazing song, hardly any words can describe it.

I need to write in spanish: soy de México y qué pena que me sea casi imposuble verlo ahí cantando siendo ese ser magnífico que sin saberlo toca a tantas almas.

I feel so privileged to be one of the relatively few viewers of this video. Hands down, some of the most beautiful and moving music on the planet.
I'm a bloke and I'm not afraid to admit that I've cried to Jonsi and Sigur Ros.

Saw this live, and it left me in a puddle of my own tears. Seeing it again, but in the solitary confinement of my room... I'm an absolute mess. This is the one song Jonsi has written that can make me break down every single time I hear it...
