The argument is back again this time from former president Daniel Moi, that there is no link between the destruction of the Mau and say, the drying up of Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. And as Robert Nagila reports, it is an argument that not only baffles ecological observers but also defies the facts.

  • Good reporting. Robbie, please take a helicopter and fly over the Mau complex and make a comprehensive report on the companies, both local and international that own tea and flower farms in the Mau. Then ask Raila and Noah Wekesa why these big Mau destroyers are not out yet. Also do a parallel report on all Nyayo Tea Zones and you will discover why Mzee Moi is panicking. The Nyayo tea Zones are one of the biggest causes of indigenous forest destruction in Kenya. And all the money goes to Moi?

  • Robert Nagila you are amazing!

  • worst leader in history is moi

  • I now believe for sure that MOI dished out fake university degrees to these goons when he used to preside over all the grauation ceremonies on our country during his 24 year reign.

  • I don't know where these RV goons went to school and even if they did step into any, were they not taught science. I hear Ruto is a graduate, Sang the one who is disputing that rain comes from the sky was once a minister for health, Bett is a roads minister and MOI was president. NO WONDER OUR COUNTRY IS SO FUCKED UP.
