Catfishing at night !! CHICKEN LIVER verses LIVE SHAD part #2

Cat fishing at night! CATFISHING, with planer bobbers FOR CATFISH part # 2 ! The catfishing was awesome all night at the river. The catfish liked the live bait and fresh cut way better than the liver -But I did catch a lot of catfish on the chicken liver too- here a catfish I caught while catfishing the river with planer bobbers at night. Total score was like 10 catfish on the live shad and 5 or six on the liver. I had some bait store frozen shad that went un touched. So there catfish buddies you have it-what catfish like lol.

nothing like night fishing! how big can the catfish get there? I heared chicken intestine works great too, did ever try it?

state record channel cat is 37 pounds -i think the flat head is 60 pounds or more-no never tried intestines ,yet -lol

@aaron9656 learn how to rig ur pole 1st, just search it on utube here, theres alot of vids showing the proper way. and use goldfish, shad, or bluegills if you fishing for flatheads or just bigger cats in general. i perfer goldfish myself. use the chicken livers if you want prolly nothin bigger than 10 lbs, mainly channel cats. hope this helped, gl man.

nice video.....i have found that livers work better for channels and flathead prefer some type of freshly killed or live bait fish such as bluegill..........my personal favorite catfish bait is softshell crawdads.......i just started taking the camera out with me check out some of the videos i have uploaded please and thanks

First of all, a cat isnt all that will hit chicken liver, I've caught white bass, hybrid bass, carp, and lots of rock bass, while catfishing.

@FishHuntAndTrap2live i consistently have large carp hit chicken liver along with large suckers, but yes, it is what I use for cat fishing as well
