@insane23rd just a matter of driver and some reading. i fixed everything and now its worth the trouble to get. hint use "ati catalyst 9.12 x64 win7"

this is a fail laptop, i have one, and got lots of problem, especially when you update the ati video driver, and when in-game if you press the touch-function buttons, it will just freeze..
