Yoshi's Island ending - With a full orchestra (VST)

I made this with EWQL Silver VST to create the orchestra, using a MIDI file riped of the game original music, into the sound editing software Cubase SX3.

***** So, this is not a real orchestra, this is a computer program that's simulates an real orchestra. *****

I don't know why they negativate your comment... I got the midi file in a site with various video game music, but I don't remember wich site is it. I put the VST and edited the MIDI in FL Studio.

You could hardly confuse this for a real orchestral, but I actually kinda like the way you got it going here. It still works and sounds fitting.

The long weak attack on the string instrument makes them delay behind the rest of the instruments.

Either shift all the strings slightly earlier so they come off their attack and into the swell when they're supposed to strike, or use pitch bend to change their pitches instead of ending their note and starting a new attack.

@ChrisRenucci it's MIDI! I said that in the description. I used the samples from EWQL Silver. Someday I'll remake this song with better samples and a better midi file.

@RamonFRT MIDI is just an Interface and it can even sound better than this, but its an old Standard. New Standards, with real recorded Instruments, for Cubase and others, sound like a real Orchestra, but this here are clearly MIDI samples or at least they sound like it.

@ChrisRenucci It's not a midi, it's 100 times more real than midi, that are real recording of the instruments, but the VST is not very realistic.
