1. Iggy was not raised in the U.S. But she did come to the South at the age of 19 (excuse me if I'm wrong about the age) which is why her voice may sound "black". 2. She was raised on Tupac and Biggie even noting that Tupac is her favorite rapper. 3. I know ya'll don't give a crap but guess what??
