Billy Edd is a classic. Was nice enough to autograph his books for me. Thanks Billy Edd and continued success.

I remember Billy Edd when he would drive up in his red Volvo to the B&J Drug Store in Swannanoa, NC. I worked there as a kid as a "soda jerk" and at the time I didn't know much about who this guy was. I knew we carried some of his records and remember he would sit on a stool at the counter and talk with the manager (Roy Orr). I would come to appreciate him for what he has done for the music of the region, for the Swannanoa Valley, and for all who enjoy the meaning behind his words and music.
