More K1 ergo technique analysis with kinovea motion tracking. This time Bill, Chris, Luke and Robin.
General points;
Bill; try to lengthen your stroke a bit at the rear, slightly lower your hands at top and get your left hand side catch straighter.
Chris; a bit wobbly, I think you are trying too hard to do everything I've suggested. Go for lower arms at top and not so low or long at bottom and try to recover the paddle by bending your arm to 90 degrees.
Luke; top hand is still rising a long way into your catch, try to push forwards rather than up when you put the power on to sharpen the catch. Also, your left hand crosses over a bit too much which is why your catch isn't quite straight.
Robin; higher top hand ok because of long arms and short body, but if you compare side and front views you can see that the power doesn't start till half way through your catch when your hand is at chest/belly level, if your arms are high then your whole stroke needs to be a bit higher.
