@dck8andrew i don't mind, i think its always great to play for your home province, take it like your playing for team canada, playing for your home province is the next best thing. I mean if you played in the NHL wouldnt you live to play for your province and represent it?

@crosbysakic8719 its like many things in life you make your mistakes and then the second time around you learn from your mistakes you learn what your team did wrong that year. You learn and grow, into more complete players. The Crosby that you see against detroit first time did not know what to expect the second time around he is experienced knows how to lead and knows most importantly how to beat detroit and play as complete game.

@crosbysakic8719 with that can do all those things such as a seabrooke, he knows what to do to win, he has done that before with chicago. I also think there a small team they need a big tough guy. Now if you look at pass stanley cup champions, lets take Pittsburgh Penguins for example why do you think they lost to detroit first time around? there where many things but one thing importantly was experience. The second time around they knew exactly what needed to be done to become champs.

@crosbysakic8719 Well if you think about it... what is vancouver missing in that playoff run team, i think they lack experience during the finals, you know as well as i do that in hockey you need guys during the finals to help mentally meaning that players are focused on task. They need a leader that can speak out and can really see whats going on out there on the ice. Sakics go hockey smarts he knows how to lead and bring moral up. Now during the trade deadline i bet if they added players

One that was sorely missing was his all-around game. Sakic is an all-time great defensive forward and would've gotten more recognition for it if his team had to match him up against the other team's top line instead of the the other team having to match up with him.
