Sergei Fedorov Серге́й Фёдоров One of the best two way forward in the world. Fedorov gained fame in the NHL for his unique style of play with the Detroit Red Wings, where he won 3 Stanley Cups. • I have never seen an athlete with more raw talent at their chosen sport than this man and this wonderful compilation proves that. My lower jaw was dislocated about 30 seconds into it. Holy Christ this is awesome. TY.

  • @mspig40 Agreed. Gretzky has said so as well. "I couldn't play forward and defence. Mario couldn't do it. Jagr couldn't play defense. But Sergei could. He was a hell of a player". Fedorov's skating is a work of art. To be 2nd in scoring after Gretzky whilst winning Frank J. Selke for best defensive forward says it all.

  • Never seen a greater talent in the game of hockey. When he was on...you were watching greatness. Gretzky and Lemieux are considered the best of the best but when you look at the entire package of hockey skills they did not have the goods like Fedorov possessed.

  • Awesome video.

  • Those Kyle Broflofsky/Stan Marsh monologues in like every player tribute begin to piss me off

  • I really wish he played his whole career with the Wings, but man he is a living legend.

  • A surefire first ballot Hall of Famer. He would be even greater if Bowman didn't force him to play 17 minutes a night on the second line, every regular season, from 1997 onwards. Imagine a Shanahan-Fedorov-Yzerman line in the 1997 regular season? Can you say Hart Trophy #2 for Fedorov!

  • first Russian metrosexual hockey player

  • you can't stop him; you can only hope to contain him from statutorily raping anyone while he's part of your organization.

  • that's how you do it in the Russian style
