I don't eat meat but girl, that dayum pot looked so good I had to do a search on here for a vegetarian version. I've found some good ones too. I'll mix a little of what you've done with a little of theirs and find my version in the middle somewhere. Thanks for sharing! :~)

that reminds me of "cassoulet" a French traditional recipe, almost the same!! this looks so yummy, i think i will make it this weekend, i have some red beans here, will have to remember to soak them overnight!!
