the device you called a "steam bath" is actually called an autoclave, it used to be used in hospitals to sterilize surgical tools and instruments.

The buildings at the bottom of the hill are mostly still there. Some are gone. This video was taken at the top of the hill where there are now high priced homes, an empty field, etc. It's up next to where the water towers were until 2008 or so...

It is a video tour of an abandoned mountain top hospital. It is not fiction and nobody dies. Just an interesting spooky building and slice of history. It has interesting graffiti artifacts and architecture. Its trespassing by proxy.
