This is a brief example of one of tws training sessions. Here he displays a the normal double bag routine. Starting with 1-2 punches and more double, triple and speed punches. Please note the stance used for speed punching is horrible defensively, only practice this when hitting a bag or a stunned opponent. Tw's stand up is based on Muay Thai via Duke Roufus MMA Academy of which TW also studied Jiu Jitsu at. Tw is 175lbs (walking weight) , 6' tall with a 75" reach and has trained nearly daily for the past 5 years.
