  • Autism is NOT is DISEASE! It's a neurological disorder!

  • I feel the true message here is that we need to accept our children for who they are and not what we WANT them to be according to society. I mean, what is normal really? NORMAL- " is a statistical concept that doesn't exist."

So, live your life the best way you know how. Love and advocate for your children best way you know how. In the end- "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. -Theodore Giesel (and that includes me) GL!

  • @GoofyVal THANK YOU! There is a difference between a disease and a disorder!

Definition of Autism- a severe pervasive developmental DISORDER with onset usually before three years of age and a biological basis; it is characterized by qualitative impairment in reciprocal social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication, and capacity for symbolic play, by restricted and unusual repertoire of activities and interests, and often by cognitive impairment. NOT A DISEASE!

  • The music kinda sends a mixed message.
