@xxnezsaxx yes it does its very good for the nervous system does wonders but if you still find yourself nervous you might want to up the dose hope that helps get a good b vitamin complex quality is key i get mine from jigsaw health its actually a sustained release.

sometimes I take them at night, ive been on B complex for so many years, it really doesn't hop me up anymore. But best time is morning or mid day.
