you guys get an A for effort, but couldnt be blander if you tried. As someone with time in media production, stop handing the mike back and forth. Pick a person to hold it and point it at the other guy when he needs to speak. Also, stop trying to use your "announcer voice" and cadence...just be natural.
Always good to see con coverage, but needs work.
